Job Vacancy: Engineering Manager | RM 10,000 | Pasir Gudang

Working Days: 5 days a week

Location: Johor Bahru

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible in formulating, updating, and improving the company's equipment system documents and related management systems and procedures.
  • Responsible for the selection, research, procurement, installation, commissioning, acceptance, and comprehensive evaluation during the warranty period of new equipment.
  • Supervision and management of equipment files and data.
  • Participate in the selection, design, manufacturing, and acceptance of new technologies, new processes, and equipment in technical transformation.
  • Through exploration, summary, optimization, and upgrading, eliminate existing equipment defects, gradually improve equipment performance, improve equipment maintenance quality, and control and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Organize the preparation of annual and monthly equipment preventive maintenance plans and equipment major and medium repair plans and supervise their implementation.
  • Carry out daily maintenance and management of equipment, conduct regular inspections, and handle sudden failures in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for equipment accident management, organize accident analysis meetings in a timely manner, and proposing handling opinions and preventive measures.
  • Regularly check the inventory of spare parts of instrument equipment and formulate procurement plans; make arrangements for the acceptance and allocation of spare parts for use; develop unconventional emergency parts purchase plans for important maintenance issues, and report in a timely manner to ensure various installations and maintenance normal conduct of work.

Job Qualifications：

  • Degree or above, chemical machinery, mechanical, and electrical-related majors.
  • More than 6 years of experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
  • Possess knowledge of chemical engineering basics, chemical machinery, factory equipment management, labor laws, safety production management, etc.
  • Have communication skills, work experience, professional skills, and planning abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
