Location: Simpang Ampat, Penang
Job Description
- Works closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, and Engineer to meet the documentation requirements of the jobs/projects.
- Liaises directly with the customer\'s project engineers, project manager and document controllers for clarification on requirements.
- Coordinates with different support groups to fulfill the documentation requirements.
- Expedites the delivery of documentation from the support groups as needed.
- Prepares and sends documentation according to the required templates of the projects as part of the completion activities.
- Generates documents and uploads accessible to other sites.
- Adheres to project milestone requirements for documentation.
- Monitors project documentation progress and sends follow-ups as needed.
- Responds to inquiries from customers, internal and external, regarding document requirements. Communicates status timely and consistently.
- Attends technical meetings as needed.
- Prepares documentation/presentations for the customer meeting which may include but not limited to kick-off meeting slides, standard project schedule and communication channel.
- Updates the documentation database.
- Sends status report of outstanding documentation jobs.
- Fulfill other reasonable duties and projects as required.
Site Office Administration
- Site office administration and coordination which cover but not limited to attending to visitor, dispatch, logistic delivery, cleaning services, office consumption & replenishment, small value purchase, etc.
Job Requirement
- Degree/ Diploma from any discipline.
- Microsoft office knowledge is compulsory.
- Min 2-3 years exp. in administration, document control or related field.
- Good command of English.
- Responsible, must be committed to work and willing to learn, good in time management and able to work independently with minimum direct supervision.
- Good teamwork with Interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
