Position: Customer Service Executive - Airlines Industry

Location: Menara Dana 13, Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Salary: Basic Salary

1) English / BM : RM2500

2) Mandarin : RM3500

3) Cantonese: RM4000

4) Korean: RM9000

Working Days: 5 days’ work, 2 days' off

Working Hours: 24 x 7 rotational shift (9 working hours)

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work on rotational shifts.
  • Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.

Job Description:

  • Handling all outbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company’s products
  • Agents are required to contact the customer if the flight has been rescheduled by the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
