Location: KL Eco City, KL

Salary budget: RM 8000 - 10,000.00

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries about HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support benefits administration processes, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and other HR operational duties as assigned.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.
  • Arrange and manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and appointments.
  • Travel with the CEO for meetings and business trips when necessary.
  • Act as a translator between Mandarin and English for business communications and meetings.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondences on behalf of the CEO.
  • Take comprehensive notes and minutes during meetings.
  • Draft and prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Run personal and business-related errands as required.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 - 4 years of PA experience; exposure to the finance industry is an added advantage.
  • Language: Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice will be prioritized.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
