  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the financial advisory sector.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process while providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
  • Manage and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in financial services, banking, or professional services industries.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
