Summary

Our client is a Multinational IT Solution Company , we are seeking a dynamic IT Product Manager to lead our product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Lifecycle Management:

Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, including:

  • Requirement research and market analysis to identify trends and needs.
  • Product planning, design, and coordination with engineering teams to track development progress.
  • Leading product launches, overseeing implementation, and driving continuous optimization of system functions based on user feedback and performance data.

Requirement Management:

  • Manage user requirements by collecting, organizing, and analyzing feedback.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver comprehensive business blueprint solutions.
  • Produce detailed product definitions, design documents, business process flows, and product prototypes to ensure clear communication with development teams.
  • Optimization Through Data Insights:
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and improve product strategies, focusing on increasing user retention and activity rates. Track product usage and system performance to identify areas for enhancement, implementing optimizations that maximize user engagement.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Liaise closely with business departments to communicate and coordinate system requirements.
  • Actively identify business pain points, inefficiencies, and potential improvements.
  • Guide the business side in optimizing system functionality, ensuring that product enhancements align with both technical feasibility and business goals.

Documentation & Design:

  • Create and maintain key product documentation, including detailed design blueprints, functional specifications, and process workflows. Ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the product vision and development stages.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of relevant work experience, with a preference for computer-related majors;
  • Excellent business analysis, requirement analysis, functional design, process design, and business model abstraction skills;
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B products is preferred;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, rigorous work attitude, ability to handle high work pressure, and possess good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM18,000.00 per month
