Location: Infinite Center, PJ
Working hours: 9AM - 6PM (MON - FRI)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed.
- Follow up with key customers on outstanding invoice payment and record in system after received payments.
- Process sales order, delivery notes, invoices, quotations, debit notes and credit notes, as and when required.
- Follow-up and respond promptly on customer request.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Warehouse, Operations, Sales, Engineering and Finance teams to resolve customer issues.
- Manage daily invoice scanning record.
- Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses.
- Update client accounts based on payment or contact Information.
- Provide Administrative support, as and when required.
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or any related fields
- Has experience in AR function - debt collection
- Willing to learn
- Has own transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
