We are looking for a friendly and professional English-speaking customer service representative to join the team. As part of the call center, you will assist customers with their inquiries, solve issues, handle complaints, and provide a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers and provide assistance.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Send follow-up emails to customers as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills and a polite, positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills (ability to use email and customer service systems).
- Ability to work night shifts, as the job requires a rotation of 1-2 weeks of night shifts per month (Night allowances will be provided weekly).
Shift Hours:
- 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Night Shifts:
- 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
- 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
Schedule:
