Job Responsibilities:
- Handling new & existing customer enquiry
- Provide services support & documentation support to customer
- Handling administrative support such as data entry, assist sales-person to track order
- Daily operation Invoice & DO, delivery arrangement, support customer urgent delivery
- Resolve the customer service issue
- Able to visit customer to provide professional services
Job Requirement:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
