RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor regimented calling, overtime, and negotiation skills of the callers effectively.
- Plan and manage the allocation/batching of accounts (fixed bucket) to ensure equal and fair distribution among team members.
- Consistently review 1-90 days accounts and ensure the team diligently conducts Telco searches and requests site visits.
- Ensure the effectiveness and adequacy of repossessions to achieve successful outcomes.
- Maintain a fair, assertive, and professional approach at all times when negotiating payments to ensure zero complaints regarding rudeness.
- Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior/manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience, including managing and leading team members in a debt collection environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the debt collection industry with the ability to take on the portfolio immediately.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken); ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts and possible weekend assignments.
- Willingness to travel for site visits (optional).
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Salary Range: RM2,500 – RM4,000 (Based on experience)
