Requirements:
At least SPM, STPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates / Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (Mandarin speaker is an advantage).
Proficient in MS Office.
Must be a team player with a pleasant personality.
Well-organized, independent, and a problem solver.
Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Working hours: 9 hours (5 days per week).
Responsibilities
Coordinate the execution plans for production orders.
Receive and review customer orders and propose work orders accordingly.
Liaise with customers under the direction of the Managing Director or their representative.
Keep records of customer details, inquiries, feedback, and complaints, and communicate them to the relevant function.
Coordinate the purchasing of raw materials.
Communicate customer-initiated changes to the affected parties.
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior or Top Management.
Work well with the sales and operational team.
