  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Requirements

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Diploma/Degree in Accounting.

Has working experience in the Construction industry.

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Familiar with ERP systems.

Able to handle a full set of accounts.

Able to mobilize immediately.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily cash flow and handle petty cash.

Operate computer accounting software and perform data entry.

Check accounting classification, bills, and invoices for completeness and accuracy.

Prepare monthly payments to subcontractors, vendors, and staff claims.

Assign expenses to appropriate cost centers.

Verify half-monthly labor and subcontractor claims.

Prepare monthly, annual, and other periodic financial statements and reports.

Prepare annual audit accounts and schedules.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers.

Update monthly project statuses and payments.

Perform related tasks as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
