Key Responsibilities:
- Google Ads Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across all NP business units (supplements, gyms, and fitness services).
- Set up and manage Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Retargeting campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization to enhance ad effectiveness.
- Continuously A/B test ads, landing pages, and audience segments to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- On-Page SEO Optimization: Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, H1-H6 tags, and ALT tags to ensure effective keyword distribution across pages, aligning content with user search intent.
- Technical SEO: Address technical site issues, such as page load speed, responsive designs, HTTPS security, 404 errors, and sitemap usage, to ensure seamless crawling and indexing by search engines.
- Content Optimization and Marketing: Write or edit SEO-optimized content based on keywords and user needs, improving blog quality and relevance to increase organic traffic.
- Link Building: Execute link-building strategies by publishing quality content and collaborating with other websites to boost domain authority.
- SEO Tools: Skilled in using main SEO tools (e.g., Moz, Screaming Frog, Yoast SEO) for site audits, competitor analysis, keyword research, and traffic tracking.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' SEO strategies to develop optimization plans and enhance competitive positioning.
- Media Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with media and industry influencers, regularly publishing press releases to enhance brand exposure.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) for each project.
- Adjust bids, budgets, and ad placements to maximize ROI across multiple campaigns.
- Identify weak-performing ads and implement changes to optimize performance.
- Stay updated on Google Ads algorithm changes and industry best practices to maintain competitive performance.
- Budget & ROI Management
- Manage and track ad budgets across multiple projects to ensure the highest return.
- Provide monthly budget forecasting and recommendations to scale spend profitably.
- Evaluate how digital ads contribute to measurable results in leads, sales, and conversions.
- Collaboration & Cross-Team Coordination
- Work closely with designers, marketers, and copywriters to develop high-converting ads.
- Align advertising strategies with business goals for supplements, gym services, and training programs.
- Align content marketing strategies with ad performance to target decision-making.
- Optimization & Landing Page Performance
- Optimize ad landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B tests and suggest improvements in website performance related to ad campaigns.
- Regularly review ad creatives and landing pages to ensure all pages are optimized for performance.
- Research & Industry Trends
- Research the latest Google Ads performance strategies in the fitness and supplement industries.
- Research new bidding strategies and formats to keep NP at the forefront of digital advertising.
- Implement cutting-edge strategies that give NP a competitive edge in Google Ads.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns with strong ROI results.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management, preferably in e-commerce, fitness, or supplement industries.
- Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking tools.
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and managing ad budgets effectively.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and adjust strategies as needed.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable success.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
