  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

J2-Building Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

Requirements

Extensive building management experience and strong leadership skills.

Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Property or Building Management or a related qualification.

Preferably managing a multi-site portfolio consisting of apartments and Commercial Buildings/Facility Manager.

Must be familiar with Strata Management Act 2013 (757), Strata Management Regulation 2015, Strata Management Tribunal 2015, and able to liaise with the local council.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in property management (preferably managing a multi-site portfolio consisting of apartments and commercial buildings).

Responsibilities

Oversee building operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Manage building staff and coordinate with vendors and contractors.

Handle day-to-day building management and maintenance.

Develop and maintain relationships with residents, committees, suppliers, vendors, contractors, and all others servicing the company.

Ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Property Management Section to support business and project requirements.

Ensure establishment renewals, extensions, and change orders of Property Management contracts are managed in accordance with the company’s policies and processes.

Prepare and provide daily/monthly reports to the JMB on the status of the condominium, pertaining to issues such as operational, financial, manpower, etc.

Experience in using UBS (BSM), Condo Master, Advelsoft, i-Neighbour, and CSS System software will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
