  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks a PRECISION CARBIDE GRINDING SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s name. • Precision grinding of carbide components, such as knives, blades, and other cutting tools used in the kernel crushing plant, screw press, and digesters. • Using specialized grinding machines to maintain the sharpness and accuracy of tools. • Ensuring proper angles, dimensions, and tolerances to maintain high cutting efficiency. • Setting up and calibrating grinding machines for different types of carbide tools. • Selecting the right grinding wheels and parameters for optimal cutting and durability. • Performing manual or CNC-controlled grinding operations. • Conducting micrometric measurements to verify dimensional accuracy. • Inspecting ground tools using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and profile projectors. • Ensuring finished tools meet ISO quality standards and plant operational requirements. • Regularly regrinding and reconditioning worn-out carbide tools to extend lifespan. • Maintaining an inventory of tools and ensuring sufficient stock levels. • Tracking tool usage and wear rates to schedule preventive maintenance. • Diagnosing and resolving issues related to tool wear, chipping, or breakage. • Assisting maintenance teams in optimizing machining performance. • Providing recommendations for improving tool life and efficiency. • Following safety protocols for handling and operating grinding machines. Required Skills: The required skills for the position PRECISION CARBIDE GRINDING SPECIALIST are as follow: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in precision carbide grinding and troubleshooting is necessary. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Adhere to safety and quality policies. • Effective problem-solving abilities. • Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. • Candidate must possess relevant education certification.
