  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Title: Product & Technical Trainer

Our client is a leading German MNC, a world leader in the portable outdoor power equipment industry including trimmers and blowers. They are looking for a Product & Technical Trainer to provide technical trainings and supports to their customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager during product trainings to importers
  • Communicate and conduct independent presentations to the importers in SEA-NEA countries in various platforms
  • Plan and carry out technical trainings (product, service and also product demonstrations in the field)
  • Provide technical support to customers;
  • Provide updates/interact with headquarters in Germany
  • Involve in LMS Implementation with STIHL ACADEMY
  • Assist the manager in collaboration projects with the importers
  • Any other tasks or assignments as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree In Engineering, preferably in Mechanical/Mechatronics or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of training experience – technical aptitude required • Knowledge of training and learning principles and ability to present and teach technical information to others
  • Advanced knowledge in the following computer programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with webinar and e-learning applications (including online equipments)
  • Must have truly exceptional communication skills
  • Independent and self-learner is preferred
  • Willing to travel, 12 to 15 weeks travels in the year.
