Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of sourcing and procurement, negotiating prices, quality, and delivery terms with suppliers, including global sourcing of PCB components.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast material needs, and ensure timely availability of production components.
- Coordinate logistics for on-time and accurate product delivery, including customs compliance and LMW matters.
- Contribute to cost management by analyzing market trends and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Track KPIs for supply chain performance and prepare reports on delivery times, inventory turnover, and order fulfilment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
- Experience in supply chain roles like sourcing, procurement, inventory, or logistics.
- Familiarity with materials like electronics, hardware materials, and plastics.
- Knowledge of LMW operations and customs procedures.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
