  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop training materials, including presentations and other resources, to support retail team growth.
  • Conduct interactive training sessions on customer engagement, sales techniques, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Utilize previous in-store experience to design practical, real-world training aligned with retail operations.
  • Provide hands-on coaching to enhance store performance and efficiency.
  • Deliver comprehensive product knowledge training to help staff effectively communicate features and benefits.
  • Stay informed about new product launches and incorporate insights into training programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support store teams in implementing best practices to achieve sales targets and elevate customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail industry, with hands-on exposure to store operations.
  • Proven experience in training and developing retail teams.
  • Background not limited to footwear; candidates with diverse retail experience are welcome.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a knack for creating impactful training programs.
  • Proficiency in preparing training materials, including PowerPoint presentations.
