Procurement Systems & Tools Lead

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
1. DEPLOYMENT AND TRAININGS
- Support the deployment of procurement tools (COUPA, SNOW, ZYCUS, etc...)
- Configure the systems based on APAC procurement requirements and in respect of group guidelines
- Provide information, training and coaching to users
2. MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE
- Directly resolve or escalate/coordinate the resolution of incidents
- Update as necessary the systems documentation for continuous improvement
- Foster continuous improvement (CIMP) culture
3. MANAGE AND MONITOR
Manage and lead a working group of TOOLS specialists with daily performance monitoring (DPM)
Secure knowledge sharing and development of all members skills to gain capacity and flexibility
Plan, coordinate the TOOLS operations, communicate with stakeholders
4. PROJECTS
- Support the deployment of the group led digitalization programs Support the digitalization of procurement optimization projects (e-sourcing, approval chains, robots etc...)
Are you a MATCH?
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Procurement Systems or a related field
- Hands on experience to resolve technical issues in systems COUPA, ORACLE, ZYCUS, SNOW
- Hands on experience to resolve technical issues in procurement systems
- Experience with operational management and problem solving Digital mindset
