- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma
- Excellent Communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Mature, Resourceful, Tactful, and Diplomatic with Excellent Listening skills
- Self-motivated individuals with integrity, a drive to achieve targets, and Good Organizational skills
