Executive R2R – Fixed Asset
- Coordinate accounting tasks involved in maintaining various accounting and financial records and extensively monitoring and processing related data.
- Reviewing and clearing of open items in asset clearing accounts.
- Assist with Fixed Asset processing and provide necessary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and company policies.
- Check and verify assets registration including fixed assets, low-value durable assets, materials and consumables.
- Problem solving and presenting solutions for best practice.
- Investigate discrepancies between physical assets and system records.
- Preparation of monthly schedules.
- Ensuring compliance with processes.
- Maintain interface with departmental personnel to provide information to verify or support records and ensure compliance with established accounting policies and procedures of different countries; prepare reports & correspondence and answer inquiries internally and externally regarding finance and accounting information.
- Providing support for Internal/external audit and tax as per requested.
- Liaise extensively with colleagues as well as financial institutions domestically and abroad across various countries.
- Work on improvement projects to enhance end-to-end finance processes.
- Any ad-hoc assignments given from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance or Accounting, fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Ability to work well under pressure and under minimum supervisory
- Analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams.
- Knowledge in Oracle is preferred
Contract Details:
- Duration: 6 months (contractual position)
- Purpose: To provide temporary coverage for maternity leave of a staff member
