  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Prepare reconciliation of station sales report with daily cash collections for all airline entities
  • Prepare reconciliation of inflight sales report with daily cash collections for all airline entities
  • Prepare cash in transit summaries and perform reconciliation with the bank statement for subsequent receipts
  • Create Journal/ Receipts in Oracle for month end closing mainly related to bank charges, refund and receipt in bank
  • Monthly apply receipt and ensure customer aging is within the aging period as per company policies.
  • Prepare reconciliation working files for the subsequent receipts and ensure it tallies with the balance in the aging report
  • Prepare monthly Balance sheet schedule
  • Support for any issue arise and Ad-Hoc task operation
  • Assist to provide supporting documents for audit
  • Work on improvement projects

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Good command in English both spoken and written.
  • Able to communicate well with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Dynamic, result-oriented, positive "can do" attitude.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Excel, Google sheet
  • Knowledge and experienced with Oracle is preferred
  • Full-Time Position available
  • Immediate availability is preferred
