Functional Responsibility
Act as a single point of contact for IT related to support on daily operations.
Elevate Incident ticket and trigger the management escalation within stated guidelines.
Ensuring assigned tasks are effectively executed in a timely manner.
Liaising and partnering with other support teams (internal team or third parties vendors) to ensure seamless integration of IT service support and operation.
To assist on the equipment storages, and records.
Role Responsibility
To have an exposure in managing the IT equipment stores, tagging, records & deployment.
Assist with the IT equipment installation, configuration & setup.
To provide end-user computing technical support, related assistance & guidance.
Participate in staff onboarding & offboarding support and laptop deployment.
involved in Meeting Room Video Conferences system support & troubleshooting.
Partnering with an internal team or external vendor for the support or provide assistance whichever is required.
Assist superior in managing related end-user computing files, documentation & safe-keeping.
To ensure all the process executed complies with the policies and SLA are met.
Experiencing technical support for a different offices across AirAsia Group in Malaysia.
