We are seeking a Desktop Support Intern to assist with daily IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and support end-users across multiple locations. Functional Responsibility

  • Act as a single point of contact for IT related to support on daily operations.

  • Elevate Incident ticket and trigger the management escalation within stated guidelines.

  • Ensuring assigned tasks are effectively executed in a timely manner.

  • Liaising and partnering with other support teams (internal team or third parties vendors) to ensure seamless integration of IT service support and operation.

  • To assist on the equipment storages, and records.

Role Responsibility

  • To have an exposure in managing the IT equipment stores, tagging, records & deployment.

  • Assist with the IT equipment installation, configuration & setup.

  • To provide end-user computing technical support, related assistance & guidance.

  • Participate in staff onboarding & offboarding support and laptop deployment.

  • involved in Meeting Room Video Conferences system support & troubleshooting.

  • Partnering with an internal team or external vendor for the support or provide assistance whichever is required.

  • Assist superior in managing related end-user computing files, documentation & safe-keeping.

  • To ensure all the process executed complies with the policies and SLA are met.

  • Experiencing technical support for a different offices across AirAsia Group in Malaysia.
