  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Civil Maintenance Technician
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Start Date: 15 March 2025
Headcount: 1

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute work orders for Corrective and Programmed Maintenance related to:
  • Architecture
  • Sanitary plumbing
  • Infrastructure
  • Other related systems
  • Perform Routine Inspections, Corrective & Breakdown Maintenance to ensure service levels are met.
  • Report any damages/defects observed during inspections that require immediate attention.
  • Provide 24-hour call attendance for emergency breakdowns and response.
  • Oversee contractor and vendor activities, ensuring compliance with contracts and cost control.
  • Perform quality control inspections to maintain adherence to industry standards.
  • Ensure the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Take regular plant log readings (e.g., water tank parameters, pump conditions).
  • Conduct routine inspections and planned preventive maintenance as scheduled.

Requirements:

Certification: Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) or any relevant qualification.
Skills: Experience in civil maintenance and repair work.
Availability: Must be able to work on-call for emergency breakdowns.

Salary & Benefits:RM 2000+ OT
