  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: Menara Symphony, Petaling Jaya (Boardroom HQ)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Normal Office Hours

Salary: Up to RM 5,000 (Fresh graduates start from RM 3,500)

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer service and relationship management for the Australian market.
  • Engage with customers beyond just calls, ensuring a comprehensive customer experience.
  • Manage inquiries, provide solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional and presentable image while interacting with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong English proficiency (spoken & written) to handle Australian clients.
  • Well-presented with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to manage customer interactions effectively across multiple channels

Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
