Banking and Financial Coordination

  • Manage relationships with banks, including the opening and closing of bank accounts.
  • Liaise with banks for account management, transactions, and other financial activities.
  • Handle payment processing, reconciliations, and related documentation.
  • Document Management
  • Oversee the preparation, signing, and processing of agreements and contracts using DocuSign.
  • Maintain an efficient document control system for easy access and retrieval.
  • Administrative Support
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports as needed.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external parties, including banks and vendors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional proficiency in the English language (verbal and written).
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Experience with banking processes and financial data.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign and document management systems.

Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
