Banking and Financial Coordination
- Manage relationships with banks, including the opening and closing of bank accounts.
- Liaise with banks for account management, transactions, and other financial activities.
- Handle payment processing, reconciliations, and related documentation.
- Document Management
- Oversee the preparation, signing, and processing of agreements and contracts using DocuSign.
- Maintain an efficient document control system for easy access and retrieval.
- Administrative Support
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports as needed.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external parties, including banks and vendors.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional proficiency in the English language (verbal and written).
- Professional demeanor with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Experience with banking processes and financial data.
- Familiarity with DocuSign and document management systems.
Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
