Job Description
- Manage bank relationships, including account opening/closing.
- Liaise with banks for transactions and account management.
- Handle payment processing, reconciliations, and documentation.
- Prepare, sign, and process agreements.
- Maintain an organized document control system.
- Manage emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, banks, and vendors.
- Ensure excellent customer service for all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Professional and skilled in relationship management.
- Experience in banking processes & financial data handling.
- Familiarity with DocuSign & document management systems.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
