Job Description

  • Manage bank relationships, including account opening/closing.
  • Liaise with banks for transactions and account management.
  • Handle payment processing, reconciliations, and documentation.
  • Prepare, sign, and process agreements.
  • Maintain an organized document control system.
  • Manage emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, banks, and vendors.
  • Ensure excellent customer service for all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Professional and skilled in relationship management.
  • Experience in banking processes & financial data handling.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign & document management systems.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
