  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Descriptions:

  • Dealer Management System (DMS) tender project management support.
  • Organize meetings for requirement gathering with NSC key users.
  • Conduct workshops with all nominated users from dealer network for requirement gathering.
  • Documentation on meeting minutes and follow up on open task lists.
  • Evaluate and compile all requirements, all existing change requests (CRs) implemented and new upcoming change requests (CRs), current and to-be DMS functionalities, all running interfaces with BMW and local systems.
  • Prepare request for proposal (RFP) document for potential new DMS vendors and conduct meeting with vendors for Q&A and clarification.
  • Evaluate and provide scoring based on vendor feedback.
  • Organize system demo with shortlisted vendor.
  • Finalize vendor selection by agreeing with all dealers on 1 standardized DMS.
  • Follow up closely with the awarded DMS provider on the development progress.
  • Conduct and arrange SIT and UAT with NSC users and dealers’ key users.
  • Coordinate with new DMS provider during pilot dealer rollout and provide support on with go-live dealers during hyper-care session.
  • Support the dealers on site as and when required for meeting, UAT, migration, pilot roll out and full implementation by phases.
  • Review documentations on overall project details (functional, non-functional, operation manual, security compliance document etc).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree Business Management or any other discipline relating to that.
  • Prior experience of managing projects for system implementation.
  • Good knowledge of computer operating systems and office productivity tools of Microsoft Office.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
