  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in key accounts.
  • Assist with plant surveys, new application start-ups, and customer system improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders in strategic accounts.
  • Deliver technical support, resolve issues, and escalate as needed.
  • Conduct system analysis, interpret data, and offer recommendations for operational optimization.
  • Perform tasks including sample testing, light maintenance, report generation, and inventory management.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and incident reporting standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proactive, independent and positive attitude with business mindset.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Experience in water treatment or specialty chemicals is preferred.
  • Knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems is a plus.
  • Ability to sell value-added products and engage with large or multinational customers confidently.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
