Role Summary:

Marketing Team Leader supports the Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing in managing day-to-day marketing activities and overseeing team members to ensure tasks are completed as planned. This role acts as a backup for the Head of Marketing during periods of absence or leave and contributes to the execution of strategic marketing initiatives.

Role Description:

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Oversee and guide team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
  • Act as the backup for the Head of Marketing during absences or leaves, ensuring smooth continuity of operations.
  • Monitor the progress of marketing projects and provide updates to the Head of Marketing.
  • Support the analysis of campaign performance and suggest improvements for optimization.

Deliverables:

  • Weekly task completion reports for the team.
  • Updates on campaign progress and results.
  • Smooth transition and operation during Head of Marketing’s absence.

Performance Metrics:

  • On-time completion of team tasks.
  • Successful execution of campaigns as per the plan.
  • Team performance and productivity during the absence of the Head of Marketing.

Targets:

  • Ensure 100% adherence to deadlines for assigned tasks.
  • Achieve consistent campaign results aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain team efficiency and morale during leadership transitions.

Evaluation Scale:

  • Outstanding Performance: 90-100%
  • Exceeds Expectations: 75-89%
  • Meets Expectations: 60-74%
  • Needs Improvement: Below 60%

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Soft Skills:

  • Leadership: Ability to guide and support team members effectively.
  • Adaptability: Manage responsibilities during leadership transitions seamlessly.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
