Job Description

1. Strategic planning: Participate in the formulation of long-term strategic account plans for key customers, design customized corporation models to meet the needs of each key accounts in different industries. 2. Goal setting and progress management: E2E process management,Support business to achieve goals. Build predictive models to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the performance of business teams, key customers, etc. 3. Monitor the external market: by observing market trends and competitors, find out the growth point of the business and the planning direction of the business, in order to maximize market growth. Report to management on market demand, competitive dynamics and customer satisfaction. 4. Improve the efficiency of internal organizational processes: Through insight and analysis of the needs and problems raised by frontline and customers, market-oriented acceleration and optimization of the company's internal resources, processes and capabilities will be promoted to build the differentiated competitiveness of Alibaba Cloud. 5. Project management and coordination: Track project implementation to ensure on-time delivery.Coordinate internal teams (e. G. Technical support, finance, etc.) to resolve customer issues. Precipitation and replication: summarized the key success factors on the key accounts, and replicate within the organization to promote the scale effect.

Position Requirement

1. A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management, customer operations, or business intelligence within large organizations. 2. Proficient in English and Mandarin communication, with excellent organizational and coordination skills. 3. Possesses a strong sense of teamwork, resilience, enthusiasm, a willingness to embrace challenges, and a talent for innovation. 4. Demonstrates a sharp business acumen and independent decision-making abilities, capable of swiftly identifying and addressing industry demands. 5. Exhibits strong resilience to pressure and a quick learning aptitude, able to adapt to the rapidly evolving market and internal environments, and effectively assimilate new knowledge in the field of cloud computing. 6. Preference will be given to candidates with Alibaba Cloud Technical certifications ACP (Alibaba Cloud Professional Certification) and ACA (Alibaba Cloud Advanced Certification).
