Job Description
• Developing strong Partner Ecosystems including recruiting cloud native partners, new partners from geo city to drive positive business environment that is favourable to Alibaba Cloud in Malaysia • Main responsibility is to manage channel partner's sales performance, and their ability to independently recruiting, onboarding, and developing customers for Alibaba Cloud. • Demonstrate strong ability to pitch and evangelise cloud computing & AI and its use cases • Create incremental partner driven business, pipeline and sales forecasts, with regular demand generation campaigns. • Meet individual sales target, KPIs and team goals • Ensures partner’s quality and competence through reinforcing KPI, partner program and certification, e.g. ACA, ACP & ACE, requirement to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. • Individual contributor role that works well as a team player, with great problem solving skills and able to lead a project independently. • Interfacing with HQ channel operation team for business direction and working closely with co-workers from business development, pre-sales, marketing, & support in fulfilling daily operations.
Position Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Cloud Computing or Engineering. • With 10+ years of relevant experience in Cloud IaaS/PaaS , Software business from principle brand or SI/ISV/Distributor background. • Solid partner management experience, good partner network and proven record of driving and closing deals with partners. • Distinctive problem solving, analytical, presentation and communication skills. • Good speaking & written skills • Possessing certificate for Alibaba Cloud Academy’s ACA & ACP , or its equivalent, is an advantage.
