  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Title : Production Planner (RM2500-RM4500)

Location :Sek 22 Shah Alam

Working days : Mon-Fri - 8am-5pm

Nature of Business : Established manufacturing company

Lead and manage planning team by overseeing, coordinating and prioritization of daily planning operation and it's activities

Responsible in managing customer order, from compiling customer order received from sales admin, inclusive of sample submission., verifying availability of stock for production, giving instruction to purchase personnel on stock ordering, plan of production run for both Digital Printing, Label Printing and Assembly department.

Responsible in ensuing on-time delivery of parts to customer which inclusive of sample submission.

Plan and monitor in-house delivery schedule.

Liaising with sales admin in maintaining the accuracy of BOM input in SAP system.

Monitor and coordinate with store personnel to tally up the inventory record in SAP system with actual physical stock level in store.

Key-person in customer drawing management, ensuring new or revision of drawing is updated on-time for access and reference in Master Ledger, any changes made from customer is well communicated within organization.

Manage phase-out or discard item in inventory, by checking and issuing the discard item list to relevant personnel when necessary for acknowledgement and obtaining approval.

Generate weekly/monthly reports on planning issue identified in relation to customer order fulfilment, materials, and delivery.

Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Min Degree or any related discipline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
