JOB FOCUS To fulfil job responsibilities as a Junior Executive in Sales & Customer Service, providing excellent customer service and performing duties as a sales representative as directed by 2M World Management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1. SALES REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES • Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases. • Sales Copywriting: Create compelling sales copy to attract and retain customers. • Sales Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule. • Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (MST: 4/daily, PTP: 8/daily). • Lead Generation: Reach out to customer leads through cold calling (80 calls/day). • Team Coordination: Coordinate sales efforts with team members, other departments, and affiliates. • Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. • Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve through feedback. 2. CUSTOMER SERVICE DUTIES • Handle customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, live chat) promptly and professionally. • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Recommendations: Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. • Team Contribution: Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 3. CROSS -FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION • Work closely with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations & Event, Finance & Account, HR) as needed to best position the company and also to address customer needs comprehensively. 4. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and customer feedback analysis. • Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed. 5. REPORTS SUBMISSION • Responsible for the own planning and execution of work related to the submission of reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and annually). 6. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
