  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

• Ensuring that analytical procedures and associated tasks assigned are conducted in accordance with the ALS Quality Work Instructions including QA/QC. • Preparing media required for daily operation and ensuring all logbooks for media preparation are updated. • Performing tests on all samples for microbiological testing which include: - sample preparation - analysis - transferring and subculturing • Ensuring all types of media required for testing are always available for use and stocks are monitored closely to avoid delay in testing. • Organising designated tasks to maximise daily efficiencies. • Ensuring housekeeping of laboratory including:- - Cleaning of benches - Cleaning of work area - Cleaning of equipment - Emptying used glassware for soaking at the end of the day - Performing decontamination on used petri dish and glassware - Emptying decontaminated materials from the laboratory into proper domestic wastage disposal area - Sample disposal after retention period • Other duties, as requested, relating to this position
