  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

The Shipping Coordinator will report directly to the Operations Manager on their responsibilities including logistics/cargo issues, its root causes and its preventive/corrective actions, and execution of those strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Record and plan for incoming/outgoing shipments/orders in system;
  • Perform procedures and coordinate/liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain flow;
  • Monitor shipments ensuring all milestones are met;
  • React promptly if there are unforeseen changes to plan - search for alternatives and revise;
  • Close off shipments when completed.

Job Requirements

At the minimum, the candidate should possess the following qualities:

  • SPM/Diploma holders are encourage to apply or undergoing further studies;
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, computer systems;
  • Meticulous in their work and corroborates evidence;
  • Capable of analysing problems and proactive in solving them;
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple jobs;
  • On-site work;
  • A team player with a willingness to contribute to team growth; and
  • Fluent in English
