  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

An established dental clinic is looking for full-time position of Customer Service Officer!

  • Working location: Alpha Dental @ Taman Sutera Utama branch
  • Salary: RM2000-RM2800 + attractive commission scheme
  • Working Hour: 9am-6pm / 9am-9pm

Job Description: -

  • Registering new patients or appointment patients at the counter.
  • Answer patient’s questions regarding available services and products.
  • Giving reminder calls for all appointment patients a day before their visit.
  • Counting daily gross income upon daily closing and printing out credit card closing statement.
  • Discharge patient – billing/dispenser medication (if any).

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate in education
  • Candidates with experience working in a dental clinic will be given priority.
  • Required language: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good sense of responsibility and punctuality
  • Possess own transportation
