Job Description: Sales & Operations Manager - Alpro Physio

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

2. Marketing Management:

- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns tailored to increase brand awareness and client acquisition.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and strategies.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.

3. Operational Oversight:

- Lead initiatives for the development and rollout of new applications aimed at enhancing service delivery and customer experience.

- Ensure smooth operational processes to support sales and marketing efforts.

- Work closely with the operations team to maintain high service standards.

4. Expansion Initiatives:

- Drive business expansion by identifying and evaluating new locations or partnerships.

- Oversee the opening of new outlets and integration into existing systems.

5. Team Collaboration & Management:

- Lead and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed goals.

- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.

Job Specifications:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, Sports Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A background in Physiotherapy or Sports Science is highly preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 3–5 years in sales, marketing, or operations roles, with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Experience in the healthcare, physiotherapy, or wellness industry is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong sales orientation and ability to identify and close opportunities.

Proficiency in creating and executing marketing strategies.

Exceptional planning, organizational, and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and marketing software.
