Professional Customer Experience Executive (Ecommerce)
Position based in Alpro HQ, Sendayan
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Educational Background: A degree in dietetics or nutrition
2. 2 years of experience with community pharmacy or food supplement-related industry. Experience working with customer service.
3. Possess writing and speaking proficiency in mandarin; additional languages will be an advantage.
4. Proficiency in working on a computer
5. Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
1. Applying knowledge of a Nutritionist/Dietitian on e-commerce platforms in handling health and product-related inquiries including weight management, mother and child’s nutrition, and other preventive nutrition.
2. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor problem-solving and unique customer experience.
3. Plan and conduct training for the frontline team to enhance the quality of customer engagement and customer service.
4. Communicate with cross-functional units including physical outlets, procurement team, sales, and geo-marketing teams to ensure problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
5. Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals for endorsement and referrals, to ensure a seamless customer’s journey.
6. Monitor customer support and chat performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
7. Able to work on the weekend by rotation (working offsite/from home) and support online sales activity.
