ROLE OVERVIEW: HR Manager will support full spectrum of HR Functions, to ensure smooth operation of all HR related activities. This role responsible and overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes including recruiting & staffing, employee relations, payroll, performance management, training and development, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. Main Activities: • Conduct talent acquisition activities, including screening, interviewing, recruiting, reference check and onboarding • Ensure overall payroll accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. • Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management and facilities. • Oversee the administration of all types of leave, including annual leave, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, parental leave, unpaid leave, and other special leaves. • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution • Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives • Maintain HR systems and processes • Conduct performance and salary reviews • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits • Responsible for preparing internal & external HR Audit • Conduct CSR event • Liaise with government statutory bodies such as PERKESO, EPF, LHDN, Labour office and HRD Corp as and when required • Any ad-hoc duties as required by the Management Job Requirements: Education: Possess at least a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Experience: Must have prior experience managing the over 50 employees. Over 5 years of relevant experience managing the full spectrum of Human Resources, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within the service industry. Experience in POSM company is an added advantage. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labour laws, statutory regulations and HR best practice. Expertise in the full HR life-cycle management, succession planning, strategic workforce planning, and industrial relations. Skills: - Strong interpersonal skills, capable of establishing respect and credibility through actions and communications. - Analytical with excellent problem-solving and people management skills. - Proactive and detail-oriented with high integrity in handling confidential information. Languages: Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
