- Responsible for all secretarial, coordination and administrative functions in the General Manager‘s office.
- Handle all incoming telephone calls, facsimiles, correspondence and ensuring distribution in compliance with established procedures.
- Prepares reports, letters, memorandums, fax etc. as assigned by the General Manager.
- Ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Take down minutes of meetings when required and ensuring their prompt distribution to the relevant.
- To ensure that all correspondence of General Manager is handled properly and efficiently.
- To deal with inquiries and make telephone calls.
- To make appointments for General Manager and remind him when they are due.
- To prepare documents for General Manager’s Sales Trips.
- To issue and control complimentary vouchers.
- To handle hotel team member requests for accommodation.
- To issue team member business cards.
- To make all travel arrangements for GM and coordinate with driver.
- To be responsible for GM’s office supplies.
- Handle public relations related tasks involved in receiving and attending to important visitors and guests of the General Manager.
- Assist the General Manager on operational issues and project implementation that may arise from time to time.
- Participate in special programme or solicitation activities as may be required by the General Manager.
- To handle any tasks as assigned by General Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
