ADMIN & ACCOUNTS (Purchasing) ASSISTANT
Job description & responsibilities
Responsible for preparation of monthly report and other daily accounting functions.
To monitor cash positions of the Companies, both daily and monthly eg: petty cash records and etc.
To monitor account payables, payments and stocks management.
To monitor staff claim and other expenses.
To ensure data and record are kept up to date.
Responsible for daily administrative works.
Job Requirements
· Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
· At least 1 year working experience in the related field.
· Required. skill: MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, accounting software, etc.
· Ability to work independently, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Possess with own transport and willing to work in Putrajaya.
· Candidate with service/health industry experience will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
