Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the schedule by arranging meetings and appointments.
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure goals set are being met.
  • Compile and organize the documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Updating and maintaining products, client databases, and transaction records.
  • Helping with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, managing social media, and updating the agent’s online presence.
  • Preparing and organizing documents, including contracts, agreements, and transaction paperwork.
  • Act as a liaison between the superior and other team members.
  • Continuous monitoring and updating of the team’s progress.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office and Excel, Canva
  • Possess strong analytic skills, interpersonal skills, and positive working attitude.
  • Possess good communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment.
