Job Description: Payroll 1.Process monthly payroll accurately and timely according to scheduled timelines for all employees 2.Prepare and process the submission of monthly statutory contribution, such as LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, as well as yearly income tax submission to ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements 3.Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of all payroll transactions 4.Support audit processes by providing payroll documentation and other financial reports 5.Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll records and employee information 6.Propose and implement payroll process improvement initiaves to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy General HR and Administrative Support 7.Assist employees in understanding their pay slips, tax filings, and leave balances. 8.Maintain and update employee profiles, attendance, leave, medical, claims, and training records. 9.Prepare payroll-related documents such as offer letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, and confirmation letters. 10.Conduct exit interviews, complete documentation, and manage employee departures. 11.Prepare documents required by government when there is employee resigned or return back to their country 12.Provide strategic administrative support to the organization and team. 13.Maintain confidential records and provide status reports. 14.Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management. Job Requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. 2. Preferably 2 years of working experience in payroll and human resources. 3. Experience in using the HR system such as Million is an advantage. 4. Proficient with Microsoft Office. 5. Meticulous and responsible. 6. A team player and also be able to work independently with minimum supervision. 7. Take initiative and have a positive attitude.
