Location: Kulai, Johor
We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to join our team.
You will play an important role in:-
- To plan and manage customers’ accounts that assign to you with focus on execution of new projects development, meet the project’s deadline and development of good customers’ relationship.
- To help the selling tasks in contributing to the company’s growth and attainment of set goals in the Sales Department.
- Collaborate with customers and internal departments/ OBU on projects’ discussion, DFM, quotation, engineering changes, samples readiness and deliveries.
- Travel to meet customers on projects’ discussion, presentation and collaboration.
- Lead the NPI team in ensuring growth with the assigned customers, protect market share and make sure projects and NPI deliveries are meeting customers’ expectation / schedule.
- Guide the NPI Team on Quotation, QRF Hit Rate Report, Project Tracker and other compilation required to track the progress on new business.
- Manages and resolve conflicts on NPI related and work with internal departments on Corrective Action.
- To take part in activities such as Trade Exhibitions, Seminars, Training Courses.
- As directed, to take up other duties of similar and associated nature of work
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:-
- Degree in engineering/ project/ product managemen
- Min 3 years of Project Management experience
- Min 3 years of Customer Service experience
- Manage to interpret customer drawings
- Leading the team to update the project status
