  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Cash Converters, where customers shop here and sell here. Every outlet has its unique appeal of used and new wares.

The Retail Manager / Senior Retail Manager will support and enhance the daily store functions in accordance with SOPS to continuously build the outlet performance.

Summary of Role:

You must possess the leadership skills to capitalize on team bonding, generate consistent customer care objectives and keep aligned to the outlet performance targets.

Requirements & Competencies:

  • Quick to learn during the training phase and adopt the functional requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Known to be responsible, reliable, passionate for results.
  • Competent in logic-thinking, problem-solving, task priorities, communication and interpersonal skills in diverse situations.
  • Exposed in Retail sales performance capacity or end-user sales environment with team management exposure.
  • Foster the value of customer experience with the team.
  • Prepared to work retail hours per rostered schedules (outlets close for Hari Raya and Lunar New year).
  • Flexibility to work at any of the outlets in KL/Selangor
  • Physically fit and in good health to meet the physical demands of the job functions
  • For Malaysians only.

Salary will commensurate according to relevant experiences and achievements. Candidates suitable for the next level position will be offered appropriately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
