  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Able to handle export and import shipments out and in from Malaysia. Handling local deliveries across states as well.

2. Work closely with truckers/drivers to optimize cost.

3. Able to work closely with port personal (Northport and Westport) to solve daily issues for haulage.

4. Work closely with operation team to ensure on-time shipment documentation.

5. Work closely external parties (forwarding agent) to ensure on-time custom clearance and delivery. Cross checking all the relevant documents for customs declaration.

6. Manage dispute, continuous driving quality performance of vendors, suppliers and subcontractors

7. Planning the balance of supply and demand to the right assumption to minimize logistics cost.

8. Manage, analyse, and resolve transactional issues that may prevent on time shipments to avoid additional charges.

9. Handle ad-hoc task as required by Superior from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.

2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English and Mandarin to liaise with associates

3. 3 Years working experience required.

4. Logistics/Supply Chain or any related/supporting fields pertaining to Supply Chain will be an added advantage.

5. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.

6. Self-motivated and good interpersonal skill

7. Preferable candidates able to speak Mandarin

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
