JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor Degree
  • Familiarity with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of email systems, including Microsoft Outlook and Gmail
  • Working knowledge of or ability to learn to use office equipment, including printers, fax machines, and phone systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and seek help or assistance as needed
  • Self-motivated and highly organized
  • Distinctly dependable and trustworthy, with a strong and proven work ethic
  • Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare essential documentation, including memos, reports, and other forms of communication.
  • Answer and respond to organization emails and phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate parties as necessary.
  • Maintains and organizes meeting schedules.
  • Communicate with managers to coordinate schedules.
  • Regularly check and maintain a record of necessary office supplies.
  • Communicate regularly with staff to help procure needed items.
  • Developing and maintaining an effective filing system.
  • Source for vendors and maintaining a good working relationship with vendors.
  • To liaise with local councils / MOH on the license application, renewal, and termination across the Group
  • Conduct MOH inspection.
  • To monitor the tenancy period of office, insurance renewal, maintenance, group insurances, yearly permit, and license renewal, etc.
  • Handle for Local Council, TM Unifi, Server Hosting, Ambulance Service, Pest Control, Laundry Service, Clinical Waste and others for new centres and existing centres.
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance of office building, furniture, fitting, and equipment by sourcing for supplier, do proposal and follow up on the works
  • Conduct as project admin for new centre project until its commencement.
  • To assist in any related administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
