Job description

1.0 JOB SUMMARY

Administrative Assistant is responsible to provide support to the branch and customer by handling a variety of tasks including assisting Warehouse management matters.

2.0 JOB RESPPONSIBILITY

Administrative function

  • Responsible to oversee the overall branch activities including planning and coordinating with HQ and other branches.
  • Manage and monitor sales billing, payment collection, and issuance of credit notes, warranty claims, battery exchange documentations and stock transfer.
  • Handle and update records of petty cash and payments.
  • Verify and calculate driver and serve technician’s monthly commission and incentive for submission to HQ
  • Check and verify employees’ monthly expenses claims and handle submission for payments in accordance to the company policies.
  • Coordinate branch activities in order to enhance operation services including cycle count and stock take.
  • Assist in office administration including documentation, filing and stationery.
  • Maintain and upkeep office equipment and assets.
  • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
  • Assist in daily operation needs.

3.0 QUALIFICATION

  • SPM/STPM or higher education in related discipline.

4.0 SKILLS

  • Good computer skills
  • Good communication both verbal and written : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Good teamwork and adaptive
  • Good planning and organization
  • Willing to perform OT as and when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary : RM2,000 to RM2,200 per month
