**Job Description:**

  • Answer incoming calls, live chat, and emails regarding digital banking products/services.
  • Provide accurate info and resolve customer issues professionally.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to support customer needs.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with customers.
  • Assist with online/mobile banking and digital banking inquiries.

**Job Requirements:**

  • Diploma or Degree in related field or SPM with experience are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the Financial Services industry (e.g., Banking/Insurance) or in any Customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills (Mandarin a plus).
  • Ability to handle call , live chat, and emails.
  • Knowledge of digital banking products and services is a plus.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends (24/7).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
