**Job Description:**
- Answer incoming calls, live chat, and emails regarding digital banking products/services.
- Provide accurate info and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to support customer needs.
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes and customer experience.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with customers.
- Assist with online/mobile banking and digital banking inquiries.
**Job Requirements:**
- Diploma or Degree in related field or SPM with experience are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the Financial Services industry (e.g., Banking/Insurance) or in any Customer service.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills (Mandarin a plus).
- Ability to handle call , live chat, and emails.
- Knowledge of digital banking products and services is a plus.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends (24/7).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
